Context & Challenge
BEVA faced a mature strategic realization: trading labor hours has a hard ceiling. Selling billable tiling hours requires more personnel, tighter scheduling, and higher administrative overhead for every additional euro generated. Their response began in the physical world by converting warehouse space into a dedicated showroom for contractors and homeowners. But a showroom without an integrated digital ecosystem remains bottlenecked by manual stock logic and limited scalability.
The Strategy & Concept
We built BEVA TegelOutlet as a distinctive sub-brand that represents intelligence and quality rather than cheap discounts. Not a bargain basement, but an accessible destination where premium European tiles lose their inflated price tags, and radical transparency becomes the true luxury. Digitally, the platform had to accelerate buyer confidence through real-time stock availability, crystal-clear pricing, and intuitive product discovery.
Execution & Action
We defined a comprehensive brand architecture, positioning, and visual identity tailored for high visibility across physical showrooms, OOH billboards, and digital ads. We engineered an e-commerce catalog platform connected directly to custom ERP inventory management, bridging online demand with warehouse operations. High-intent SEO copy and targeted social media campaigns turned search volume into high-value showroom foot traffic.
Results & Impact
A strategic sub-brand unlocks value when it boldly transcends legacy limitations. BEVA TegelOutlet evolved from a side initiative into a robust commercial engine. Real-time inventory sync and streamlined digital ordering freed the business from the hourly labor trap, building a scalable model with strong recurring margins.
