Case · Moving Mandate

You launch a brand with one team, not five suppliers.

For Moving Mandate we developed the name, brand identity, website and launch communication. One committed team connected the strategic choices to everything the outside world sees.

The question

The expertise was there. Now the brand.

Within Heart of Talent, the interim management practice was already up and running. It deserved an identity of its own: recognisable to experienced managers, credible to organisations looking for temporary leadership. The brief was to turn that expertise into a complete brand, with a high-end look and a considered use of resources.

The idea

Positioning as the shared starting point.

We developed strategy, design, web technology and media production together. That let every content decision carry straight through into copy, imagery and user experience. A shared design system and AI supported production. It made delivery more efficient and gave the client one team that kept sight of the whole.

The execution

From first workshop to launch.

From the brand identity, we built the tools for the launch. Each piece had its own job: make the brand recognisable, clarify the expertise or start a conversation.

01 — Brand

An identity with direction.

We developed the name, the logo and the visual identity. Purple and orange give Moving Mandate a distinct look; the manifesto sets out its course.

Social slide: the logo reads as a way of working, with the two frame halves and the slash
02 — Film and photography

Expertise gets a face.

Interviews and portraits put the people behind Moving Mandate in the picture. Two brand films and thirteen role films translate the positioning into concrete situations where interim management becomes relevant.

03 — Website

A clear way in for both sides.

Clients find their way to temporary reinforcement. Interim managers can make their expertise known. The website takes both audiences from their own questions to a first contact.

Social media

Building recognition, deepening the story.

Posts and carousels highlight Moving Mandate's vision, way of working and assignments. They give the brand different angles, with a recognisable design.

The shoot day

The people behind the mandate.

In one shoot day we gathered interviews, portraits and atmosphere shots for the website and further communication.

Reflection

A foundation that keeps working.

Moving Mandate now has a brand identity and communication tools that fit together. The same foundation supports the campaigns that follow. For the client, the value lies in that continuity: a team that knows the positioning and can keep developing it.
