01Applicability

1. Scope & Acceptance

These terms and conditions govern all proposals, quotations, agreements, and deliverables rendered by Learnable BV trading under For the Dream, unless expressly altered through written agreement.

02Execution

2. Performance, Deliverables & Revisions

Our agency services constitute an obligation of best efforts (“inspanningsverbintenis”). We deploy our strategic creativity, media expertise, and engineering capabilities in accordance with the highest industry standards.

Feedback & Iteration Rounds

Project scopes include predefined review cycles. Subsequent alterations or additions beyond the agreed scope are quoted transparently based on agreed day/hourly rates.

Client Briefing & Approval

The client ensures timely provision of assets, copy, approvals, and credentials necessary for timely project progression.

03Invoicing

3. Invoicing & Payment Terms

Invoices are payable according to the due date indicated on the invoice. For extensive or phased projects, staged milestone payments or monthly retainers may apply.

Late Payment

In the event of non-payment by the due date, default interest and statutory recovery damages become legally due without prior formal notice under the Belgian Act of August 2, 2002 regarding late payment in commercial transactions.

04Liability & Law

4. Liability & Applicable Law

The liability of For the Dream is strictly limited to direct, proven damages and capped at the total fee value of the specific engagement. Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages are explicitly excluded.

All agreements are governed exclusively by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent enterprise courts in Hasselt, Belgium.
